The majority of components are produced from samples although we can just as easily work from drawings.

Recent manufacture of two replacement 6 metre high
atmospheric vapour condensers with
stainless steel tube plates, tubes and baffles. Utilising a
robotic welder for the circumferential welding of over 4000
tubes to the tube plates.
